LISA SKELTON
TEXTILE DESIGNER
Lisa is a textile designer, specialising in bespoke and made to order illustrated animal cushions, canvases and prints.
Lisa studied textiles at the Royal College of Art, graduating in 1993 and from then successfully ran a textile deisgn business creating a high quality brand of accessories sold by retail outlets around the world.
In 2019 Lisa decided to combine her love for both textile design and animals, especially dogs, with her skills to create a unique and beautifully designed range of dog breed cushions. This range has since expanded to include a bespoke personalised service, where customers’ own pets can be portrayed.
Living and working in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, Lisa’s new collections also include bespoke textile portraits on linen stretch canvas frames, a range of illustrated cards, notelets and prints. She also offers a bespoke pet illustration service.
